The Conklin House Community Garden volunteers have been working hard to make our garden beautiful. Now it's time to enjoy the harvest! Join us as we learn Molto Pizza's secrets to making fresh homemade pizza during this workshop using fresh garden harvest from the Conklin House. Fresh, homemade pizza will be served throughout the workshop along with light refreshments out on the Conklin House Green. The Nathaniel Conklin House was built by Nat Conklin back in 1803 and moved to its current location in 1870 where it has underwent several changes in ownership. In 1989, the house was in danger of being torn down. A group of concerned citizens, together with the Village of Babylon, saved the house and it is now owned by the Village of Babylon. Run by a Steering Committee, the mission of the Nathaniel Conklin House is to bring forth culture, education and history for the betterment of our Village.
