Build loft. Continue unfinished contract work

I have an art studio in Readville / Hyde Park, and the contactor never finished the work. He framed up a room that will house a sandblaster and a compressor, but never put the drywall up. The plan was make a lofted area that spanned the width of the studio to the opposite walls so that I can store items up there. I am looking for someone to start this job this week. So I can move forward with my art. To can see the semi finished room, and the span that needs to be finished that can be heavy load bearing for storage, that goes all the way along the windows.
