There are so many people right here in Long Beach that could use some extra support. We all could use some help with simplifying our lifestyles and gaining and sustaining our health and wellbeing. This workshop is a call to action for all those who know that they are here at this time to be part of the shift toward healthier, happier, holistic communities. We all know we can do a much better job taking care of ourselves and others. If you are curious and willing then I hope to see you at this mini workshop. You will gain tools to strengthen your own journey toward health and wellbeing and an overview of what it takes to become a Holistic Self-Care consultant if you are interested. Why now? Currently, we are transitioning from a thinking world into a feeling world, so we all need to develop the ability to get better at feeling. Empathy, compassion, and kindness will stop the cycle of repeating horrible history and destroying the natural resources needed to sustain life. The best place to start is within yourself. The only way our external environment will shift is if we shift from within and start taking excellent care of ourselves and others. Throughout her 45 years of experience as a small business owner, she has supported many different cultures on their path to perfect health. She has come to understand and incorporate holistic programs based on our common ground and human nature to cultivate health, wellbeing, and safe, sustainable holistic communities.
