Trying to locate a homeless 40ish African American lady with a limp

Hello! Random inquiry for the good people of Morgantown. I live in DC but was in M'town over the weekend. I am trying to locate a 40ish African-American woman with a bad leg (pronounced limp) who sort of haunts that little drag of High Street around Walnut Streer. (I last saw her on a liitle stoop next door to Art Bar. I believe she also carries a little pink/grey or green backpack)... Please contact me if you have seen this person.
