He is developing a 20-acre mixed-use commercial property consisting of 30k+ sq ft of retail, 80k sq ft of self-storage, and 300 unit, 4-story midrise Class A multifamily apartments. Juan Vargas Juan has been actively engaged in all aspects of real estate including sales, management, and ownership for 10 years. His first experience in multifamily came when he owned and operated his first asset, a 32-unit multifamily community. This led to his growth in attracting investor capital and founding GenWealth Capital Group to acquire and oversee 1,000+ units throughout Dallas, Houston, and Phoenix and JV on an additional 500 units throughout Texas and Georgia.
