Join NYC Parks Arts, Culture & Fun,as part of the Charlie Parker Festival, for a live jazz concert with the esteemed tenor saxophonist David Schnitter. He is well known for his work with Art Blakey and The Jazz Messengers, Frank Foster, and Richard "Groove" Holmes, as well as with Charlie Parker's bandmate Red Rodney. An accomplished bandleader with ten albums to his name, today he brings a special band featuring Marti Mabin on vocals.
