Celebrate yourself and the summer with an event that weaves together yoga, healthy food and botanical arrangements. Gather with like minded individuals in a space that is aimed at celebrating you and the summer bounty that surrounds us here in beautiful Sonoma County. Practice yoga in the morning and gather over snacks and flowers with one another after. More than just a yoga class: While the morning will start off with an hour long yoga practice, it will not end there. Light and healthy bites of to follow the class. Inspiration for the dishes will be based on the available fresh fruits and veggies grown here in Sonoma County. All food will be plant based and gluten free to accommodate those with dietary needs. For all other dietary accommodations, please contact event host, notes at bottom of page. More than just a memory: At the end of our event, each guest will leave with a flower arrangement grown and styled in Sebastopol. Not just flowers, but also propagations. Ever Woven Botanicals prides themselves on creating arrangements that are designed to last a lifetime given the proper care and planting of the propagated plants. A demonstration on how to plant the propagated plants will be given at the end of this class. You may choose to add on the potting supplies (terracotta pot, amended soil). If you attended the first class on August 22nd, you may chose to only receive flower refills instead of the full arrangement. This will result in a $15 discount. About the style of yoga: Trained in alignment based vinyasa from ShivaKali yoga in 2016, Carly will lead you through a beginner style yoga class that will incorporate breath and movement. The practice will end with a 10 minute guided meditation to round out the class. Event will take place indoors. Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. Wear comfortable clothing you feel good moving in. Spaces are limited to accommodate for the current times. Tickets will only be sold in advance through EventBrite.
