Small dog for Adoption

I am trying to find a forever home (with a yard) for this sweet girl. She's a Chihuahua mix about 7-8 years old, spade, and vaccinated. She's very friendly, great around kids. She gets along with other dogs but prefers to be the only dog. No cats. Asking a small re-homing fee of $30. Please only reply if serious about adopting.
