Cheese Making class a **NEW VENUE SPECIAL**Cheese Making 101 Cheese Making class– Learn 2 Cheeses in 2 hrs. Quick cheese snack & Basket cheese - AT THIS DISCOUNTED PRICE! Due to limited space, this is a prepaid event, no tickets will be sold at the door unless class is not sold out. This is an outside activity at our Booth during Mommas Organic Farmers Market at Cabelas in Glendale. We will be making cheese during a 2 hour period Refund policy: Minimum 7 days prior to event for Class Fee, Eventbrite Fee not refundable. Due to the Covid-19 at the moment we do NOT have a mandatory mask wearing policy. This can change depending on rules and regulation with the state. Although, we do ask to please make sure day of class you are free from fever or sickness. This beginner level class & event will teach you to make some simple & delicious cheeses that you can make quickly and be able to eat the same day or within 1 day from the make. Each group of students will start with milk and finesse it over the course of the class to transform it into scrumptious Natural cheese snacks and a Basket Cheese. Participants will learn the best choice of milk to use in cheese making along with learning why & how to use the enzyme rennet that is use in cheese making to transform the milk into cheese. We will also tell you the secret of the “yellow” cheese. This class & type of cheeses are a great place to start if you’re new to cheese making. Not only is the class fun, but the cheeses are easy to make and require minimal specialized ingredients or equipment. The Cheeses are also ready to eat very soon after they’re made. We will be tasting our cheese products soon after they are made. You will leave the class with your own copies of the recipes of the cheeses we made and the knowledge to make your own cheese at home, and of course your cheeses!
