1 Hr Saturday morning event Yoga Flow with a variety of rotating local Instructors featuring Kähvi & Après goodies Start your weekend off right with a Saturday 9 am Yoga flow. Classes will feature our favorite local instructors from around the valley and your neighborhood Yoga studio. Launch the Saturday Yoga series on Saturday, 8/7 @ 9 am by joining DTPHX neighbor and local studio, eighty8 yoga! *Please bring mat, water bottle, and any other props you'd like to use for class. Blocks will be available at no charge. The Goodies All students will receive a Kähvi Coffee + Cafe/Après Yoga antioxidant shot or an adult or NA beverage credit Our goal is to share Yoga by making the practice accessible, approachable, sustainable, and fun through diversity, love, and mindfulness. Every body, every person is welcome. We encourage being present, being mindful of your breath, and listening to your body. We encourage kindness, to others and to yourself. Kähvi Coffee + Cafe is a Tulum-meets Scandinavian-inspired coffee shop and eatery that serves a variety of signature coffee drinks, beer, wine, and kombucha along with fresh-baked pastries, sandwiches, and light bites. Located in monOrchid in the Roosevelt Row Arts District, this quaint and chic coffee destination is known for its Après Yoga culture, where community and culture collide. @drinkkahvi monOrchid is a creative and community space home to PHX General, Fork & Dagger Hospitality and their concepts Kähvi Coffee + Cafe, Sake Haus (coming soon), Pedal Haus Brewery (coming soon), and Après Gallery Yoga while also serving as an art gallery, event venue, and creative office/flex space featuring a cyclorama wall. @themonorchid
