Large goldfish needs new home

I have a large goldfish around 6" body and 12" total length with tail. The fish is healthy, though its tail could be in better shape, mostly because it needs more space. I will also give the current aquarium tank 15 gallons, plants, snails and equipment if you want them. I think the tank needs to be resealed and it isn't big enough for the gold fish. While the tank hasn't had any issues, the lower right doesn't look good and I worry it might leak soon. The tank has some live plants and very healthy snails. Primarily looking for a home for the fish, it would probably do well in a koi pond.
