You were trying to jaywalk (jayjog?) on West Portal Ave. on Saturday, August 7th at around 2 in the afternoon. Neither one of us were wearing masks.
I slowed down in my car to see if you were going to cross the street. I looked at you and smiled, you smiled back, and you let me pass.
