Get fit for life. Correct your posture. Strengthen your core. Build a strong foundation for lifelong fitness and have fun along the way. In this 4 week course (4 sessions per week for 4 weeks = 16 sessions total @ 90 min per session) we will work on pull ups, backbends, Abs and core strength, light weight training and much much more. You are going to learn more than just a set if exercises, poses and postures. Of course you will learn those things but more importantly you are going to learn how to train yourself safely, how to listen to your body and how to develop the patience and discipline to take a long term approach to building the body that you desire to archive whatever your athletic goals may be. Lose weight in places you never thought that you could before. Training with the weight of the body is not like weight training. Come and discover the difference! Classes forming now.
