LNL Builds, LLC is looking for proficient Superintendents and Project Managers, Laborers may also apply. We are a family owned company that pays competitive wages, benefits, and provides annual bonuses. Superintendent duties include: General labor, jobsite temporary protection, and other labor duties as directed. Project Manager duties include: Proficiency at general repairs, management of new construction projects from start to finish, scheduling, and broad construction knowledge. Individuals must have strong work ethic, positive attitude, be team players and self-motivated. Requirements include: Transportation to multiple jobs sites during the week. Basic tools will be provided, 2+ years of residential construction experience necessary. Multifamily construction experience welcomed. Full Time Salary - Negotiable
