Continuing to build a wellness toolkit specifically for people of color We're backkkk! And this summer we are being even more intentional in providing wellness tools for BIPOC people. In this 7 Chakra Wellness Series, we will take each week to balance a specific chakra - or energy center- in the body. Aug 7th- Root Chakra (grounding, security,physical vitality) Aug 14th- Sacral Chakra (creativity,movement,reproductive health) Aug 21st- Solar Plexus Chakra (personal power,self esteem,gut health) Aug 28th- Heart Chakra (self love, relationships, heart health) Sept 4th- Throat Chakra (communication, authenticity, creative expression) Sept 11th- Third Eye Chakra (intuition, visual & mental clarity) Sept 18th- Crown Chakra (gratitude, wisdom, peace) When flowing through the movement- emotions, thoughts, and ideas may come up- so bring your journals! Also bring a yoga mat, towel or small blanket to sit on. Water will be provided. The Wave//Natural Healing will be selling essential oils, bath salts, crystals, and crystal jewelry!
