On Saturday, August 14 at 10AM, I will offer a walk through Middletown's Recreation Division on the Mattabesset River Trail. Using a two-mile paved section of the Multi-use Trail system, we will walk along the Mattabesset River, for ~1.5 hours. UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE REQUIRING MASKS FOR THIS WALK, due to the increase in COVID rates, participation by both vaxed and unvaxed folks, and that it's impossible to walk 3-6 feet apart. Wear comfortable shoes and bring water. Children under age 16 must attend with an adult 18+. Directions: Newfield Street to Tuttle Road, then right on to Tuttle Place to cul-de-sac, (GPS: 54Tuttle Place, near Direct Energy Solar) Questions that morning: 860 262 2788.
