Need Restaurant Kitchen Vent Fan Balanced

I am a restaurant owner with a chimney-type kitchen vent that runs alongside the outer wall of the above apartment. See attached image. The vent fan is causing significant noise and vibration in the tenant's apartment, so I am seeking a technician/engineer to balance the fan/motor to minimize noise. Or am I better off just replacing the fan altogether? Compensation is negotiable. Thanks very much.
