Looking for a Private Money Lender with the cash to invest in a home to flip in Jefferson, Sevier, Hamblen, Greene or Knox county. I have the skills, do you have the cash? I am a drywall contractor with over 22 years experience in the construction field. I have many skills, not just drywall. I have lots of references that can vouch for my character and my skills. I'm not looking for long term investments, I want to flip a house in 8 to 12 weeks after closing. If the first project sells with a good profit we can split up then or we can decide to go into full time business together. If you have the cash or credit to secure a property and cover renovation costs, then I have the skills to make us both money.
