Part time person to maintain landscape and do miscellaneous tasks at mobile home park Work is primarily in the spring, summer, fall unless person has equipment for snow plowing Landscaping • Mowing common area landscape and vacant lots 3 – 4 times per month • Trim grass and weeds as needed, sweep walks and gutters after mowing • Maintain seasonal and perennial plantings – twice monthly, spring to fall • Raking and blowing leaves in fall - 3 - 4 times per month Other tasks • Maintenance and repairs – exterior painting, occasional minor repair projects • Monthly water meter readings Winter - could include snow blowing and snow plowing
