Hot water extraction is followed by deodorizing of all general areas after each stain treatment. Carpet Cleaning Prices There is a special price of $100 for three rooms. An additional room costs $35. We charge $150 for upholstery cleaning on a regular sized l-shaped sectional, $90 for upholstery cleaning on a couch, and $60 for upholstery cleaning on a loveseat. All cleaning services must be located within our service area and are subject to a minimum charge of $100.
