This idiot in the white car was parked across one handicapped space and partially blocked a 2nd one at the park just south of Sunset and Eastern near the SW corner of McCarran airport, right across from the McDonald's. WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?? If you can't park properly, you should have your license taken away!
