Press release from the Atlanta Police Department: 08/08/2021 212192024 Preliminary Information: On 8/7/21, around 11:32 pm, officers responded to 348 James P. Brawley in reference to a person shot. Upon arrival, officers learned that the male victim who was shot had already been privately transported to the hospital. Officers on scene began to canvass the area to gather suspect and witness information. Investigators met with the victim at the hospital to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
