So, I will be filing a 2nd formal complaint with city hall against you this week, since you're obviously not going to cooperate. You own a small white car, and a small black car, you know who you are. I don't care if I have to full on hit you with a full fledged lawsuit. GET IT?? If you want to know how stubborn I am - just ask Davev next door, he'll tell you - he and I have been fighting for over 30 years. Now, do YOU have that kind of time to waste on petty neighbor issues?
