1- Hand brush, prepping/masking and rolling
2- Climb ladders
3- Speak basic english
4- show up on time
5- Work 9 hours a day. Monday thru Friday and some Saturdays.
6- Minimum of 3 years of experience
7- Must have own mean of transportation to and from work
8- Hourly pay based on experience
