run my dryer vent hose outside

Looking for someone to run my dryer vent outside. Problem is house is brick and window is a secure safety window. I'm good with electronics but not stuff like this. Want it done right, not a hack job. Don't know what this job is worth, but willing to pay right for a job done right. Would like it done soon as my basement sink broke and flooded my basement. Already got a new sink on the way and would like to get this done before the sink gets in. See pics.
