Serious Only Seek handy man and or house guy who can help out with organization and light repairs around the home about once or twice a week in exchange for free room and board. We would put every thing in writing. Any extra or big projects i would pay you a fair price like i would any normal contractor should you like to pick up extra work ie. $300-400 a day for extra project work, but the room and board would just be for normal household stuff like walking dogs light clean up, cutting grass or mowing the yard. I am looking for another nice guy who is clean cut, honest no drugs. I am quiet introverted. I am an engineer by trade younger 30's i like gaming hiking sci fi. I don't party nor have a lot of company in and out of the house. I don't smoke and i am looking for some one else who is quiet by nature. There is a background check! And you will receive a lease in writing. Serious only. Non smoker only. No Drugs
