Event Installation Lead Our Event Installation Lead is responsible for leading our team through delivery and strike on site at events. Dependable, professional and cable our clients and our in house team are lucky to have you out in the field, executing events. What makes a successful candidate in this role is someone who understands our company's vision for each and every event, knows our inventory like the back of their hand and is understanding and appreciative of our clients needs. If you are the Event Installation Lead we are looking for you exude the following qualities: Dependable Hard Working You can set boundaries with kindness and professionalism Task oriented and efficient Supportive but firm leadership style Critical thinking and problem solving At Folklore you will be responsible for: Leading the delivery/strike team on site at events Introducing yourself to the client onsite as the main point of contact Load, unload, transport and delivery event furniture rentals from our warehouse to event venues, residences etc. Use provided diagrams and drawings to properly install and layout event equipment Protect our equipment via proper transport and setup techniques Follow all safety protocols, venue regulations and rules of the road Teach, mentor, guide other team members Required Skills: Ability to lift and carry heavy items for long periods of time Ability to operate up at a 26’ box truck with a ramp or lift gate A valid driver's license that meets our insurance standards Relevant experience with moving, loading/unloading furniture, or event rentals required. Full time and part time positions available.
