Residential Electrician for upgrading panel, and sub panel

Description

I need to install a sub panel in the garage but before I do that I might need to upgrade the service to my house. Currently I have a 200amp service, I might need to upgrade to a 400 amp service. Then run 200 amps to my garage. I want to do the majority of the work myself. I want someone who will advise me/go over my plan, confirm I am running all the right gauge wire, etc. Then come back a few days later and do the final hook ups after I dig the ditch and run all the cable. Not sure if anyone is interested in this but thought I would ask. I have done a bunch of permitted electrical work myself but never installed a panel or upgraded my panel before.
