Tonight, I encountered an interesting man on 224 near the mall. I believe I drove behind his black Jetta until it switched lanes and was next to me at the light. I heard a car horn and looked over to see the gentleman doing some gesture at me? I was totally taken off guard and on the phone (I’ll expalin lol)… and by the time I turned back to him the light was green and he took off….
