Witness to I-5 South accident

I am looking for other commuters who may have witnessed a traffic collision at I-5 South and I-80 / I-50 eastbound ramp on 2/08/2020 @ 6:25 pm. I was driving a Dodge 1/2 ton pick-up on the I-80 /I-50 E. ramp when 2 sedans changed lanes in front of me with their brakes locked up. Having less than 1 car length between us, I couldnt stop fast enough resulting in the collision. The statements from the other 2 drivers omitted their unsafe lane change and gave the reporting officer the impression I was 100 percent at fault. There were many witnesses but it was rush hour and noone stopped. If you witnessed this accident and willing to write a summary of what you saw, please contact me. Thank you.
