Looking for a person who knows and has experience working on older homes. Must know what base plaster/structolite, durabond and mudding are and proficient in using these building materials. I need someone to tape cracks and finish walls, repair ceilings and match textures. Must be willing to work by the hour $15 to 25 per hour depending on skill level. Hours to be determined by you, no set hours, so it can be a side job or part time schedule.
