Want to get paid more money? Feel valued? We are Forte Roofing a local company thats been around coming up on almost 20 years. We are fully insured and practice saftey on each and every job. We are growing rapidly and could use employees to fit the size of our operation.We offer jobs to justice involved individuals and look to give people a fresh start.We enjoy hiring people who are willing to work and learn. We are looking to employ as many as people as we can. We offer no experience needed as laborers. We also offer room for growth and can expand skill sets to get to higher positions and often give raises to deserving employees.We know sometimes transportation can be a hassle so we ask that everyone only meets at our shop and we take my vehicles (trucks and passenger vans)to each jobsite. We ask for everyone to meet at our shop by 7 sharp and work until designated job is done so end time is usually always different depending on each job. We start in April (pending weather) and usually end around october or november also(pending weather) Shingler job duties: Applying shingles underlayment and other numerous application processes including plywood replacement metal work and other waterproofing techniques. Shinglers wage depending on experience and skill set 18$+ Laborer job duties: Removal of old application, cleaning up debris,carrying materials to designated areas Laborer wage 17$+ (start)
