quick small rug pad and trim repair

I live in Holden and need someone to replace about 6x6 ft of 1/4” carpet pad under wall-to-wall basement carpet we pulled back when we got a tiny bit of water during all those flash floods back in the third week of July. Then the wall-to-wall will need to be stretched and retacked, and we need some new molding installed and painted. We have the paint. We do not have the trim. The trim is about 3.5” high. We don’t care if it is an exact match. We need 90” along the side wall, and 111” along the back wall. Pics below show the exact materials we need. We need this done soon because we have guests coming, hence the detailed description. Please respond with the soonest you could do it if you are interested in helping me. I’m willing to pay well for quick service.
