We are a growing company seeking a full time Carpenter or Carpenter assistant for a fast paced construction environment. The ideal candidate would have strong knowledge of general contracting with a primary focus on details and customer service. Applicants must be able to provide a high level of workmanship and communicate effectively with project owner, employees, and customers, throughout all phases of the projects. Must be able to consistently lift 80 lbs. or more. We are always on the lookout to add quality to our team. Must have knowledge of construction and basic house hold repairs. Clean driving record, drug-free, own basic hand tools and tool belt. We do check backgrounds, and reserve the right to randomly drug test. Our customers require the best. Qualifications: Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle Construction Experience: Minimum 1 years Carpentry: Minimum 1 years Requirements: o Must be able to work independently, and well w/ others. o Punctual and reliable o Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks o Experience with common hand and power tools. o Able to provide a high level of customer service. o Able to read, understand, and check basic plans. o High level of verbal and written communication skills. o Ability to solve problems. o Able to meet physical demands of the position; able to walk, lift 80 lbs, reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb stairs, kneel, and crouch. o Able to work in various inside and outside environments being subjected to weather, noise, sawdust, and other factors. *Transportation to and from jobs. *References are a plus Pay rates based on experience.
