Front Person for Street Food Kiosk in Midtown

We have run a popular South Asian street food stand at Smorgasburg /Brooklyn flea/Queens Night Market etc. for many years and are looking for a front person to talk the talk, take orders, make plates/drinks and help setup etc. What we offer - $18/hour and tip money (about 4-5 hours per day from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM or so) -Two month gig starts next MONDAY (05/16), runs from Mon-Frid Ideal candidates would have - A great attitude and genuine passion for food related matters - NYC food handlers license (not necessary but awesome if you have it) - Restaurant or kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment. - A sense of humor (you need it to deal with New Yorkers) and the gift of the gab (for the bemused tourists) Please reply back with a paragraph on why you are interested and be able to interview this week.
