BUNNIES NOT INCLUDED. We recently bought a hutch from tractor supply a few months ago which cost a little over 300 and we want to update. This is metal and wood very heavy/sturdy. Can be used to house bunnies or chickens. Will need a truck and an extra person to help lift it. Can deliver for an extra fee. Thank you
