Found Cat Brookfield Road in North Winton Village, rochester, NY. Small black/brown/gray intact 1 yr old male tiger striped cat with harness but no identification. Was not familiar to Brookfield Rd. Allowed me to pick him up and hold him. His chest is white and his back legs and front paws are white. Found out he is not chipped and not neutered. Little guy is sweet and playful. He is safe with food, water, and litter box.
