Handyman needed for apartments

Description

We need an all around general skilled handyman to do apartment remodels, kitchen installation, bathroom replacement, tiling, sheetrock, window repair, outdoor fix up, and other jobs for a 24 unit apartment complex in Shakopee. About 30 hours to start but later will probably be about 10-20 hours a week as needed. The person should have good handyman skills and own tools. Where the handyman lacks skills we can call in help.
