Install outdoor solar shade on 2nd floor window

I'm looking for someone to install an exterior solar shade on a 2nd floor window. You will need a 24 foot ladder. I did the first floor and it was pretty quick. I expect this to take less than an hour. If you can do this on Sunday, August 8th, that would be amazing. Otherwise, weekdays work too but we will need to coordinate on times.
