Atrium LLC is looking to hire a construction site superintendent\ Handyman with tools and rack Atrium is a multidisciplinary design, build, and development company focusing on a range of high-end residential projects throughout Philadelphia. The successful candidate will: - have 5-10 years of experience working in high-end residential construction (single- and multi-family), and will also be - Attentive to detail through all phases of construction - Organized - Capable of balancing priorities in a fast-paced setting - Communicative (by phone and e-mail) - Collaborative (must be able to work well as part of a multidisciplinary team) - Handyman with construction skills Job responsibilities include: - On site presence all majority of the day (7am-5pm) - Punch list preparation and report to Project Manager - Manage sub-contractors on the site - Coordinate with architect and construction manager - Oversee logistics and procurement - Ensure quality of the work and site safety
