No spark to plugs

I am a former ASE mechanic, have worked on every internal combustion engine known to man, But this 41 n ford tractor is kick-n my but" switched it over to 12v, new plugs,wires, plugs, cap, points, condenser, I have 12v,s into the coil' and 12v,s out but no spark from the cap, points are gaped at 0.15, Coil spring is make-n contact, cap spring is make-n contact, and yes the rotor is turning' I,am about to just buy a new dist, with new components all ready in it!!
