Two small siblings looking for forever home

I’m helping a friend re-home these two 9 month old puppies after they got taken away from their old owner due to homelessness. She can’t take them because there’s no dogs allowed in her apartments so she’s asked me to help her find a forever home for them. The white one is the girl and the curly brown one is a boy. I don’t know their breed. THEY WILL GO TOGETHER ONLY! They are siblings and really bonded. They have anxiety issues if they are separated so I can’t negotiate letting them go together. I’m asking $200. Ps I’m sure that they are NOT spayed yet as well.
