Need antibiotics

I live on streets and someone lit my tent on fire while I was sleeping inside. I got out but burned my hands and arms badly and have infection. Need antibiotics, want to avoid the hospital ( don't want to hear your reasons as to why I should). I'm homeless. I have no money. I have no insurance. I don't need a medical bill. I don't need any extra issues related to covid or risk of covid. I simply just want antibiotics to stop infection and hoping someone local can help me so I can get better. I recycle everyday to survive and I'm very happy and never ask anyone for anything, but I need to now. Thank you
