I have a 2nd floor apartment in New Brunswick on George Street that needs a cleaning before new carpet goes in. Kitchen/living rm combo (11x20, one big room ), 2 bedrooms 10x13 and 10x116, a den 14x9 and a 5x7 bathroom with a tub/shower and a stairway, there is no Carpet. Just padding is down in the den and large bedroom and needs to be vaccumed or swept the top of the padding and vacuumed around the tack strips. The rest of the unit is tile. 5 lower kitchen cabinets with 9 doors, 7 upper cabinets with 10 doors, 10 double hung windows. The pictures you see are exactly how the place shows right now. All floors wiped, all doors wiped, all trim wiped, all cabinets cleaned inside and outside, tub/shower toilet sink cleaned and sanitized etc. Please get back to me with a price and your availability I will need only pay by the hour. Minimum of 3 hours. Give me your best hourly rate. You provide all materials. Do a good job for me here, I have other places that need cleaning as well.
