Looking to make a little extra cash on the side? I am looking for a part-time maintenance tech/handyman for 10 to 15 hours a week. The job will consist of maintenance requests for 40 apartments along with small construction projects. We need someone dependable and reliable. As we continue to grow, the position will increase as well so there could be a long-term job opportunity.
Must have transportation, a valid driver's license, and basic hand tools.
