Pogo needs your help. Someone found this sweet boy chained up and abandoned. They are asking for our help but we can only do so with a foster. Pogo seems to love everyone he meet and gets excited and wants to play with the dogs he has seen so far. He is approx 50 lbs. He is now up to date on shots and will be neutered once we know he has a safe place to stay.
