INNESS is an intimate country refuge, hotel and restaurant located in Accord, New York. INNESS is situated on a campus of 225 pastoral acres, which include a 12-room farmhouse hotel, 28 guest cabins, restaurant, event barn, a 9-hole golf course, sporting outfitter, two swimming pools, tennis courts, walking trails, a retail home and farm shop, as well as an organic farm and orchard. INNESS is seeking hard working, reliable and safety-oriented grounds employees to join our staff! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -Golf Course Maintenance (Mowing, Course Set Up, Bunker Raking, Irrigation Repair) -Lawn Maintenance (mowing, string trimming) -Planting Bed Maintenance (weeding) -Gravel Road Repair -Snow Removal -Fall and Spring Clean Up Think quickly, multitask, and adapt to changing situations while maintaining the highest quality of product and other established standards. Able to build effective relationships based on respect, trust, and integrity This position is an excellent opportunity for a creative, hardworking individual. Hours ranging from 30-40 hours/week. Need to work one weekend morning shift. Opportunity to learn and grow if applicant desires. Employment availability year round.
