Here's the deal, I have approximately 500 square feet of hardwood flooring I want to have sanded and two coats of polyurethane applied. What I am asking for here is a price per square foot so I can figure some kind of budget Job Conditions\; all work is on the first floor living room, dining room and hallway removal and reinstallation of the following will be part of the job Sofa, Dining room table ( solid oak & heavy), and a 4'x4' base that goes under a pellet stove. Everything else will be removed Please be legit flooring contractors who can take a check (final payment after sofa, table etc is put back) If you can email me your price per sq/ft, plus the additional labor for the furniture in/out.
