Need cast iron pipe dug out for plumber to replace. Pipe is located from the front clean out straight to street front. (About 50’; guessing about 2-3’ deep and dug wider at ends to allow for room to connect/plumber to work) (Just looking for ground to be opened up to pipe, however, sidewalk and small retaining wall also over area. Sidewalk may need to be cut up. (If you have reference to a reasonably priced plumber lead would be appreciated for that as well) hiring immediately (need plumber onboard to obtain permit before work can begin).
