Seeking part-time property manager for an Apartment building in Palatka. Applicant must have handyman experience in the following areas, drywall repairs, carpentry skills, Complete general building cleaning and maintenance, monthly lawn cutting, Install and replace floors, stairs, and water piping as needed. Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, and other parts of the building, repair simple plumbing repairs. Clean and prepare vacated units and rooms, getting them ready for new occupants to move in, and show the unit to new prospective tenants.
